Work Experience

Research Scientist

2025-Present

I am currently working at the PACE lab (NTU Temasek Lab) on projects that intersect Side-Channel Analysis and Deep Learning.

Research Assistant

2021-2025

I collaborated with researchers at the PACE lab (NTU Temasek Lab) and SYLLAB on projects that intersect Cryptography and Deep Learning. Additionally, I pursued my PhD under the supervision of Thomas Peyrin and Shivam Bhasin.

Research Intern

2020

My job scope in Temasek Laboratories @ NTU (TL@NTU) includes researching and understanding various block cipher attacks, including classical cryptanalysis, DFA, and current state-of-the-art techniques like ExpFault frameworks. Furthermore, I have successfully programmed and implemented DFA attacks on two widely used block ciphers: AES and GIFT.

Research Intern

2019

During my internship in Defense Science Organisation (DSO), I gained hands-on experience in coding cryptography algorithms, including the Berlekamp-Massey algorithm and the Weidermann algorithm, using C++. I also had the opportunity to showcase my knowledge and understanding of these algorithms through a comprehensive presentation at the end of my internship.

Served as an instructor for MH3400, "Algorithms for the Real World," at Nanyang Technological University, focusing on the practical applications of algorithms and data structures. Primary responsibilities included conducting engaging tutorials to support student comprehension.

Taught students in "Program Methodologies"(CS1010S) at the National University of Singapore, focusing on Python programming fundamentals. Key responsibilities included conducting tutorials, providing guidance on programming methodologies, and evaluating student code submissions.
